Remove paint marks (MS paint brush) on the pictures?

I was working with a picture in MS paint and accidently saved it with paint brush marks on the face. Now I am not able to separate the paint brush from the original picture. How can I remove the paint from the original picture? Remove paint marks (MS paint brush) on the pictures?

Well, there is nothing much you can do if you have saved a picture with undesirable marks on it, but you have to manually replace the wrong marks. But if you want, you can mail the picture to me at: wordwings@sify.com, so that i can try and remove them with Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator. Please mention the areas of correction that you would require.
paint brush marks u say , eh??...........is the marks quite substantial.........if not the u can do some damage control
