Any programs used to air brush pictures and make skin look clear?

does anyone know of a program i can use to air brush pictures, my friend has this program but she wont tell me what it is. it makes your skin look really smooth and clear sometimes her pictures look kinda fake tho.. lol, can anyone help me with this?Any programs used to air brush pictures and make skin look clear?
