This is a VERY abrasive mix, what with the sea salt AND bicarb of soda. I would NOT use it everyday, maybe 3x a week for polishing, but no more, as it could cause excessive wear to your enamel.Is it ok to brush your teeth with sodium bicarbonate everday?
