Depends on the type of mouthwash.
For bleaching/whitening mouthwash, it should be done prior to brushing, as brushing will then remove any lingering hydrogen peroxide.
For fluoride and/or breath cleaning mouthwashes, it should be done after brushing, so that the fluoride or cleaning chemicals are not removed by the action of brushing.

i brush my teeth then use mouthwash i dont know why. it might be wrong but that just makes more sense to me
