1. put toothpaste on your toothbrush


2. wet the toothbrush


3. put the toothbrush on your teeth


4. move brush back and forth





make sure you get all teeth


do the fronts, tops and backs of your teeth


dentists say to do one tooth at a time and to do it in a circular motion.

1) Obtain a toothbrush and toothpaste


2) Apply toothpaste to toothbrush bristles


3) Insert toothbrush in mouth


4) Move toothbrush in a circular manner upon your teeth


5) Repeat step 4 all over mouth for about 2 minutes


6) Spit when needed
